You will be required to register for these services by creating a TAXPAYER PORTAL account. To register, you will need your OWNER ID and PIN located at the top of your appraisal notice and accompanying letter. Your PIN is case sensitive. Please enter E-file PIN exactly as it appears. Do not share your PIN; it is considered your signature. You may use your current Appraisal Notice to find this information if you have received one. You may also use a notice that you received in a prior year. If you don’t have access to your Appraisal Notice, please click on the CONTACT FORM link, and you’ll be able to submit a request for your Owner ID and PIN.
After reviewing and processing your request, we will mail the information to the mailing address we have on file in our system.

Your deadline for filing an exemption or protest will not be extended while awaiting your PIN.

After registering online, you will need to log in to your account to access eligible services for your property. For any other questions, please contact Customer Service at (325) 676-9381
